I am an efficient and collaborative professional with a background as an instructor, writer, tutor, and mentor with years of teaching, editing, research, and professional and technical writing experience. I am a detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. I also enjoy learning new things and testing new features/products is my idea of a fun afternoon!
I have two years of experience writing documentation and creating training materials for internal and customer-facing audiences for CallMiner. My goal is to continue to hone and utilize my technical writing skills in a technical writing position with a new company in the software industry.
